In a traditionally technology or training company, most software and its corresponding training has been sold as an ‘add-on’ service in the form of seats in a public classroom (virtual or physical).   This poses a dilemma for both the seller and the purchaser.  Selling a single seat at $3-5k per student is hardly worth the tiny commission an education sales rep or license seller would earn.  Even selling a private onsite class for up to 10 students for $15 or $20K can be hard work for very little return.  To make matters worse – these one-time training events are often designed to force students to “drink from the fire hose” and “learn everything you need to know in as few days as possible” so that the students can get back to real work. Retention from these type of training events is dismally low.

Software Solutions Corporation strategy for learner education has differed from other instructional facilities.  We learn early on that selling services was a better model. Therefore we created a service model that included, Trainers as a Service (TRaaS), Training as a Service (TaaS), Classrooms as a Service (CLaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) or simply selling access to our SME’s, Instructors, Classrooms and hosting software for a set period of time (Subscription) for over two decades.

Today selling training as a subscription is an increasingly popular way to package training offerings so that they provide high-value to clients while being easy to consume.  Software Solutions allows our customers/learners to define a price own point per learner per time period and define what is included.  This is typically uncommon, most training centers selling access to an online library of self-paced courses, just want to hook the student into a subscription, after all they only need to provide the learner is a URL and an access code and they can begin taking courses right away.  Software Solutions models allows the Learner to set their instructor-led experience, however, we differ in that once a learner or customer add the training they wish to attend, it is solely up to them to decide on the type of instruction they will receive, the length and the instructors or mentors.

We also include instructor-led courses that are scheduled periodically.  Anyone with or without a subscription can attend as often as they like.  Virtual classes keep our delivery costs down while adding flexibility to our learners.
