COURSE OVERVIEW

We will discuss also, how Agile is NOT a methodology but rather a practice and when combined with other cycles such as Tecova™, Agile practices can become rooted within the teams fabric.

We’ll explore the benefits of the Tecova-Agile™ practice. The Tecova™ (Team Core Values)practice is an acronym derived from the Agile practice which empowers creativity in a team, developed in 2006, it has become and effective methods of delivering, Wow! and it enhances the Agile practice.  You’ll learn the basic premises and techniques behind Agility — so that you can apply them to your projects.

The classroom will be broken up into Agile-Tecova™ teams and your expert instructor will drive each team through the Agile process from planning through execution. Your instructor will answer questions with real-world experience, and you will leave the class with practical knowledge and a clear roadmap for your team’s success.
